A Westvale Group capability
Development
Management
Westvale Group manages property developments on behalf of the parties that own them, from early feasibility through to delivery coordination and handover.

What this is
Management, not ownership.
Development Management is a service. The development is owned by the party that holds it, and Westvale Group is engaged to manage it. That keeps the Group’s interests aligned with the owner’s: program, cost and quality.
Engineering and design sit with Westvale Partners, and infrastructure delivery sits with Westvale Pacific Projects, so the capability a development needs is held inside the same group.
